Cromus — Workflow Intelligence as a Service
Cromus is the first Workflow Intelligence as a Service (WIaaS) platform — the pre-execution layer for AI workflows. It enables organizations to compile Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into portable, structured SKILL.md specifications, simulate costs across 30+ AI models from 7 providers, and measure preventable waste using the proprietary Croms metric.
The platform provides a complete 4-step measurement framework: Workflow Classification (mapping AI tasks to model complexity tiers), Baseline Cost per Workflow (calculating fully-loaded process costs), Croms analysis (quantifying preventable waste in cost, latency, failure risk, and structural inefficiency), and Total Cost of Workflow Ownership (TCWO — the AI adaptation of TCO).
Cromus operates deterministically without requiring external LLM API calls, using a "Mock AI" engine for cost simulation, optimization scoring, and SOP compilation. The platform supports workflows across LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, and other popular AI orchestration frameworks.
Key features include a visual workflow builder with React Flow, a verified model registry updated weekly, free community validators for ETHOS.md, SKILL.md, and MEMORY.md governance files, a Reality Check Loop for closed-loop learning between predictions and actual execution, and export capabilities for multiple AI framework ecosystems.
Plans start at $9.99/month with a Lite tier (includes a 7-day free trial), with Founding Member rates locked at $19/month, Builder at $29/month, Ops at $99/month, and White-Label at $249/month.
