AI Skill Packs: Pre-Built Workflow Bundles — Cromus
Cromus provides 10 Downloadable Startup Packs (distinct from the 14 In-App Sample Packs available at /app/skills/samples for authenticated users) containing 50 skills total. Each pack is a downloadable ZIP archive containing multiple SKILL.md files, wrapper prompts for each skill, an operations report with Croms scores, and an interoperability.json manifest for framework export.
The 10 packs cover: Zero-Budget Launch (Product Hunt copywriting, press kits, email sequences), Founder Content Engine (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, threads, repurposing), SEO-First Growth (keyword clusters, content briefs, meta descriptions, internal linking), Investor Readiness (cold emails, one-pagers, FAQ prep, SAFE terms, accelerator apps), Legal on a Budget (privacy policy checks, contractor SOWs, trademark classes, ToS review), Community-Led Growth (Slack intros, ICP interviews, testimonials, Reddit posts, beta onboarding), Startup Finance (burn rate analysis, pricing models, board updates, revenue projections), Replit SEO (technical SEO, structured data, AI visibility, Core Web Vitals, sitemap/robots generation, meta tag auditing), GEO Visibility (keyword cluster analysis, competitive gap analysis, GEO citation audit, schema QA validator), and Security Operations (phishing email triage, vulnerability disclosure triage, SOC 2 evidence collection, incident response postmortem writing, and security policy first-draft generation — every skill governed by ETHOS.md so model choice, data handling, and escalation paths are auditable before deployment).
Each ZIP contains: SKILL.md files (executable specifications with YAML frontmatter), wrapper prompts (input templating and output formatting), ops-report.md (Croms scores, token estimates, cost projections), and interoperability.json (export manifests for LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, and Cromus Native).
Skill Packs are distinct from individual skill templates (single atomic tasks) and workflow templates (connected multi-skill graphs). Packs bundle related skills for a use case; workflows define execution order and data flow between skills.
