Cromus Academy — Learn to Run Your AI Department

Cromus Academy is the self-paced, hands-on learning hub for building the AI Department you don't have to hire. Instead of videos and theory, lessons use real outputs from Cromus's deterministic engines: readability scores, governance validations, Croms waste breakdowns, working skills, and canonical Git distribution decisions.

The five tracks cover AI Engineering Basics, Foundations, Governance in Depth, Cost Engineering, and Operating at Scale. Learners see how Builder's Specialist improves workflows, Ops adds the Manager and Universal SKILL.md Sync Center, and Agency adds CWO governance sign-off. Public lessons need no signup; account lessons save progress; the Sync Center lesson requires Ops+ or the active 14-day no-card trial.

Checkpoints are graded server-side with unlimited attempts. Academy Certificates of Completion confirm coursework and checkpoints; exam-based Cromus credentials are separate.
