Foundations: What Are Skills — Cromus Academy
Foundations: What Are Skills is the first Cromus Academy track — four hands-on lessons that take a learner from "my SOP doesn't work as a prompt" to a governed, portable skill running in their own workspace.
Lesson 1 runs a real readability pre-check on an SOP and shows what SKILL.md structure adds. Lesson 2 validates a production ETHOS.md baseline, then has the learner edit one line and watch the governance flags change. Lesson 3 walks a real sample workflow through score, pillars, fix, and savings so the learner can read any Croms number. The capstone copies a production-grade sample skill into the learner's free workspace — verified server-side, not self-reported — and issues the track certificate with a public share page.
All grading is deterministic and server-authoritative; no LLM calls are involved anywhere in the track.
