Governance in Depth — Cromus Academy
Governance in Depth is the third Cromus Academy track — four lessons on writing behavioral governance that runtimes can actually obey as the policy layer of an AI Department.
Lesson 1 dissects the five sections of a complete ETHOS.md baseline. Lesson 2 covers behavioral profiles. Lesson 3 covers escalation design, model floors, downgrade permissions, and how the Specialist begins at Builder. The capstone has the learner harden the default baseline and prove it with two differing server-verified validation runs, issuing a Certificate of Completion.
Lessons require a free account (no card); grading is deterministic and server-authoritative with no LLM calls.
