Governance in Depth — Cromus Academy
Governance in Depth is the second Cromus Academy track — four lessons on writing behavioral governance that runtimes can actually obey.
Lesson 1 dissects the five sections of a complete ETHOS.md baseline and why prohibitions and confirmations are separate lists. Lesson 2 covers behavioral profiles: the four dials (risk tolerance, decision style, escalation threshold, uncertainty behavior) and why domains imply postures. Lesson 3 covers escalation design that fails loud, model floors, and downgrade permissions. The capstone has the learner harden the default baseline and prove it with two differing server-verified validation runs, issuing the Governance in Depth certificate.
Lessons require a free account (no card); grading is deterministic and server-authoritative with no LLM calls.
