Operating at Scale — Cromus Academy

Operating at Scale is the fifth Cromus Academy track — five lessons on running an AI Department as an organization instead of managing one workflow at a time.

Lesson 1 covers workspace scope. Lesson 2 covers shared skill libraries. Lesson 3 maps the AI Department: Specialist at Builder, Manager at Ops, and CWO at Agency. Lesson 4 explains Ops+ Universal SKILL.md Sync Center, canonical Git review, merge reconciliation, approved REST/MCP retrieval, and read-only portable packages. The capstone founds a canonical library capability and issues a Certificate of Completion.

Most lessons require an account; the Sync Center lesson requires Ops+ or the active 14-day trial, with no credit card required to start. Grading is deterministic and server-authoritative with no LLM calls.
