Operating at Scale — Cromus Academy
Operating at Scale is the fourth Cromus Academy track — four lessons on running many AI workflows as an organization instead of one at a time.
Lesson 1 covers workspace scope: enabled ecosystem channels as hard boundaries and tier preferences as soft ordering, so every model recommendation is deployable by construction. Lesson 2 covers shared skill libraries — what must travel with a skill (routing, estimates, governance reference, output contract) and the fork-and-forget failure mode. Lesson 3 covers portfolio management: ranking by Croms rather than spend, TCWO, and the optimize/monitor/retire triage. The capstone installs a production-grade pack as the workspace's first canonical library capability, verified server-side, and issues the Operating at Scale certificate.
Lessons require a free account (no card); grading is deterministic and server-authoritative with no LLM calls.
