Cromus is built on the Workflow Intelligence as a Service (WIaaS) model — the pre-execution intelligence layer that scores, governs, and makes AI workflows portable before tokens are spent. Every workspace comes with a Croms score measuring preventable waste across cost, latency, failure risk, and structural gaps. Total Cost of Workflow Ownership (TCWO) translates those scores into dollar terms over time.
The platform is AI-agnostic and built on open standards: SKILL.md for portable workflow definitions, ETHOS.md for behavioral governance, and MEMORY.md for portable agent memory.
