Buyer problem solved
Catch missing governance checks before merge
Missing owners, cost declarations, or failure handling can reach production when no review runs before merge. The Specialist checks those workflow specifications in CI and reports the exact rule that needs attention.
Responsibilities
01- Review SKILL.md changes in CI before merge.
- Apply the same named governance rules on each review.
- Block a change when a configured blocking rule is violated.
What it watches
02- Declared ownership and governance metadata.
- Cost estimates and model selection.
- Fallback and error-handling requirements.
What it produces
03- Named findings with the rule ID and severity.
- A pass, warning, or block result for the CI review.
- A consistent review record for each submitted change.
Evidence / CI finding
A review output you can act on
The Specialist gives a workflow author a named rule, a concrete finding, and a clear gate result.
Rule GATE-012
Step "Send Campaign" has no on_failure handler.
A finding names the rule and the issue so the author can make a concrete correction before merge.
Optional voice interview
Talk through your workflow with the Specialist
This optional interview uses an AI voice from ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs deletes the transcript and PII after 30 days. Call audio is never stored. Cromus does not save the transcript in its workspace. After the interview, an on-page consent form lets you request a one-time email with the transcript and Cromus plan and feature suggestions; submitting it is your explicit consent. We never add your email to a mailing list.
This interview uses an AI voice. Cromus's workflow reviews never do.
