Three seats, one per ICP: a Builder (AI engineer running production workflows), a Strategist (SEO/GEO operator running multi-step content pipelines), and an Operator (agency or consultancy running AI workflows for clients). You should have at least one real workflow already in production or close to it.

What does the design partner program cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing for 12 weeks. You get full Cromus platform access, Croms scoring on your real workflows, SKILL.md and ETHOS.md generation for your stack, and direct access to the founding team. After week 12, founding partner pricing is locked in for life.

How much time will the program take?

Accepted Answer

No more than 30 minutes per milestone. Five touchpoints across 12 weeks: onboarding (W1), first scored workflow delivered (W4), midpoint feedback (W6), final review with outcome data (W10), and case study sign-off (W12). Everything in between is asynchronous.

What's the difference between a design partner and a founding member?

Design partners are 3 hand-picked seats that get free platform access for 12 weeks plus direct roadmap influence. Founding members are 50 spots at $19/mo locked forever — full platform, founding badge, roadmap input, and pricing that will never be offered again. Design partners convert into founding members at week 12.

When does the founding member pricing expire?

April 30, 2026. After that, the Founding Member tier moves to $29/mo. Anyone who claims a founding spot before April 30 keeps the $19/mo rate for the lifetime of their account.

What happens if all 50 founding member spots fill up?

Accepted Answer

The tier closes permanently. There will not be a second batch. Once the 50 seats are claimed, the next pricing tier is Builder at $29/mo with a 7-day free trial.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Lite plan ($9.99/mo) includes a 7-day free trial of full Builder features, no card required. Design partner applications are reviewed individually — apply by email and we'll respond within 48 hours.

Can I publish a case study after the program?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and you review and approve everything before it goes live. The case study is co-authored, captures real outcome data (predicted vs actual cost, waste removed, governance gaps closed), and credits you as a Cromus founding design partner.
